Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund or gift card within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note: All international orders, underwear, pet accessories, sale items, purchases made during Black Friday week, and any items discounted by more than 25% are final sale. 

Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. 

Free return labels are available for store credit returns. Otherwise, there is a processing fee of VND100.000 for returns processed back to the original method of payment - the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. To ensure prompt processing of your return, please do not combine returns that have separate return IDs. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.
